The 2023 pricing below is per *application (5 per season) based on the size of the turf area.
$55 - up to 5k (5000) sq. ft.
$70 - up to 10k sq.ft.
$85 - up to 15k sq. ft.
$100 - up to 20k sq.ft.
What's Included:
- Pre-emergent herbicide with app #1
- Grub preventative with app #3
- Spraying for weeds
What's not included:
- Treatment for turf diseases or insect problems which may arise during the growing season is an extra charge
*Beginning in April, approximately every six weeks.
Lawn Aeration
Aeration *pricing is based on the total property square footage.
$100 - up to .25 acre (10,890 sq. ft.)
$140 - up to .375 acre(16,335 sq ft)
$180 - up to .5 acre (21,780)
*Fertilization clients receive a 25% discount off the above pricing
Payment
Payment is expected on the day of service. Cash, checks, or online payments are accepted.
